Some years back, I found Mubarak Law office online by just asking google search for "BEST IMMIGRATION ATTORNEYS IN ORLANDO" when I was desperately looking for a good immigration attorney to help my case. He was one of attorneys google suggested to me, so I read other people's review and decided to become a client. My case was already with another immigration office for over a year and there was absolutely no positive result. I consulted with Attorney Nayef Mubarak, after our meeting I had faith in his ability to help my case. I transferred my case from the initial law office to Mubarak's law. After evaluating my case and what has been done by the other attorney's office, Mubarak office identified and corrected some errors previously made.

After a few years I receives a "Notice of Intent to Deny" with only 30 days to respond! It was one of the most difficult moments of life. At some point I felt like giving up completely but Attorney Nayef and Ms Nalines did not give on me/and my case, the entire Mubarak's Law team was very supportive, kind and worked so hard on my case like it's the only case on their table! My case became very dicy that so many attorney's office would have given up on my case at that point but Attorney Mubarak's office NEVER gave up on my case. They fought so hard for my case until "NOID" turned to "APPROVAL!" AND GREENCARD

I have tears of Joy writing this review because It has been a long stressful, depressing tough journey that ended in praise! I now have my greencard!!

My husband and I had a great experience with Mubarak Law. In January of this year we had a consultation with Attorney Mubarak who actually informed us to wait on USCIS as we were very close to the end of the process (we had filed everything ourselves over 2 years ago). He didnโ€™t try to retain our business or make guarantees that he couldnโ€™t deliver on. After waiting some time and getting both some good news and then a request for more information we decided to retain the firmโ€™s services at the beginning of April. Within one week of setting every up with Lara we received a letter from USCIS that my husbandโ€™s case was approved and his green card issued (with no interview!!). I reached out to Lara to let her know and she had Catherine contact me. What a wonderful conversation - Catherine was celebrating with me on the phone and conveyed congratulations on behalf of the entire firm. Nayef is simply one of the best immigration lawyers. When I was looking for legal representation, It drew my attention his Arabic name. After initial interview I was assured he's a reliable attorney.

People often say; one cannot put a price on peace of mind. Nayef surely does. His fees are slightly expensive in comparison to other lawyers, but if you know what I know, you'll gladly ask him to take your money.

When I first hired him, I ,obviously, discussed it with acquaintances who told me how much I can save by hiring someone who can simply file my immigration papers for cheap. Let me tell you that until this day, I live regret-free by trusting Nayef and his team.

His office is mainly ran by a very professional team. Over the course of 3 years, I've never had any negative interaction with them.

My case has had some bumps and hiccups along the way that hadn't I chosen a trustworthy, "Shiny lawyer" as my wife likes to call him, I would've gotten myself into USCIS legal and administrative tomfoolery which no ordinary person can handle.

Nayef's team was there with me every step of the way. I had them at my back all along and they tirelessly and selflessly reserve no effort to make sure my case is handled properly and going smoothly.

USCIS as an agency, is not your friend. Personally, they've pulled every stunt in the book to deny my case. However, If it wasn't for my "Shiny lawyer" I would've lost that case long time ago along with filling fees. In addition to the stress and the neverending administrative headaches.

I normally donโ€™t write reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one in praise of Mubarak Law, due to my extremely positive experience with this firm that far exceeded my expectations. I retained attorney Mubarak to help with an immigration matter for my wife on very short notice, having already received an appointment with USCIS to be conducted in less than a week. It was such a short notice, and we were unprepared and intimidated by the process. After our phone consultation and then in person meeting with Mr. Mubarak, I immediately felt that retaining attorney Mubarak and his group is the best decision. We have consulted other attorneys on this matter in the past, and the entire experience was night and day, Mubarak' group showing exceptional competence and mastery.

Right after our very informative meeting with Mubarak and Ghannam, the whole team swung into action by sending us instructions, guidance, documentation to prepare for the meeting, etc. Within a couple of days, we received multiple emails, calls and texts with directives and guidance on how and what to specifically prepare. The attention to detail was amazing and it stood in stark contrast to my experience with other attorneys where the experience was both generic and unfocused. Within a few days Mr. Mubarakโ€™s team prepared an extremely organized extensive (over 200 pages) document that he personally carried with him to the USCIS interview. In retrospect, this proved to be exactly what was needed.

Attorney Mubarak met us at the USCIS building, accompanied us to the interview, and facilitated the process. It was very clear that he was extremely comfortable in that setting and that many people who work there recognize him and have a nice working relationship with him.

I want to also acknowledge the help and support of attorney Lara Ghannam, who worked closely with attorney Mubarak on our case. Her attention to detail, wonderful ability to communicate, and commitment to success is incredible. Even though we retained the firm only to help with the interview, she and Mr. Mubarak filed for travel papers with USCIS for us several days after the interview. We were very pleasantly surprised as this was not part of the scope of the job.

My experience with Mubarak law was awesome. I do think my case was personal in my opinion so I was was very hesitant to move forward and apply for my citizenship. I was relatively nervous going into the interview, however, Attorney Nayef made the process as smooth as possible. My interview needed an approval from a supervisor and I was asked if I wanted my case moved to fort Lauderdale since I had moved. I would like not only to give attorney Mubarak and his team a review, more than that, I want my testimony to help others in the same situation. My husband was detained by ICE on Feb.2017. I can say that period of time was the worse of our lives. Somebody had anonymously give immigration fake criminal information about him and since he was out of status he ended up detained. Gladly we were already married for a couple of months and I had just became a US citizen a couple of days before his arrest. After 5 weeks detained I was able to get him out by paying the bond. You would think this drama would be over shortly but once you are detained the process of legalizing your situation becomes way more complicated and timing consuming. That's when I hired Mubarak law to take care of this process. If you are in removal proceedings, do not do this alone. Hire a competent attorney that can help you go though this. I'm so happy to have chosen this firm. Luck didn't seem to be on our side and if it wasn't for their competency we wouldn't be able to say that WE DID IT!! It's finally over!! And I say that with tears... WE DID IT!! After getting detained, waiting 2 years to receive an interview appointment, waiting months to get a response, getting denied on that interview without a request for more evidence, getting pulled over and not having a valid driver's license (attorney Mubarak was the one the figure it out how to renew your license being on removal), having to file for a motion to reconsider supporting it with tones of more evidence, waiting months for background check to be completed... and we finally got the good news from attorney Mubarak saying that WE DID IT!! Case was terminated by the judge YESTERDAY. In the middle of a Pandemic he was still contacting people and making things happen. Thank you attorney Mubarak and team. Attorney Mubarak and his team was hired to represent my cousin and his wife from Lebanon. Family petition and the process through the embassy in Beirut. My cousin was placed in removal. He had multiple charges and convictions. Attorney Mubarak reviewed his history and realized most of his mistakes occurred when my cousin was young. I met Nayef when he was working for Njame law firm, he was assigned to my case. I was applying for citizenship but I had a couple of obstacles in the way. I had two misdemeanor drug charges. I spoke to a few other lawyers and there outlook was grim. But after explaining my case to Nayef I felt like there was hope. It took almost two years, I was turned down by the USCIS.
